About her
Raised on a small Ranch just east of Austin, Julia finds joy in the little things- from dogs, to nature, and of course, a good country song. She's been singing since the age of 3 and playing guitar since she was 11. Her sound has been compared to early Dolly Parton and Emmy Lou Harris. Julia has won a Songwriters award with Austin Songwriters Group in 2018 for "Pop Song of the Year." She was proudly her high school's Valedictorian in 2017. She released 3 singles in 2018, and has been gigging and traveling around Texas ever since. She hopes her singing and songs can make a positive impact and encourage others to pursue their dreams and to never give up on themselves.
